Registration Form  - This form with the registration fee holds a place for your child in the school.  If registering for fall, registrations will not be accepted before March 3rd for current students and church members.  Registration begins for the general public on March 14th.  Please call The Learning Center office at 512-863-4947 to verify there is an opening before mailing your form and registration fee.

Admission Information Form- This form must be completed by a physician and given to the preschool before your child can attend classes.

Child History Form- This form must be completed and given to the preschool before your child can attend class.

Discipline Policy Form - This form must be completed and given to the preschool before your child can attend classes.

Handbook Acknowledgement Form - The Learning Center Parent Handbook and Handbook Acknowledgement Form. Please complete the form and hand it in before your child attends class.

Supply List - This letter has your child's classroom supply list.
