 FAMILY SUNDAYS HAVE ARRIVED!!!

The concept is that one Sunday a month, kids and adults will help with the 10:30 service and share a meal at noon.  That will be followed by youth group activities.

WHEN? Sunday, March 9

WHERE? The Common's after late service

*The first part of Family Sundays is helping with the 10:30 worship service. Kids can volunteer during the Sun school opening to help as greeters, ushers, readers, etc. (For young ones, we ask that parents volunteer to assist them)

*The second part is sharing a meal together in the fellowship hall after the late service.

*The third part is youth group activities either in the commons or fellowship hall.

WHY?
We will be presenting Christ Lutheran Church basketball camp members with participation awards. Please come and give them your support! Then put on your sneakers and join us in the gym for some basketball relays, scrimmages and other fun activities. All members, of all ages, are encouraged to attend. We need volunteer players to scrimmage our K-5th basketball participants, and we need lots of members to cheer them on!

HOW?

Wee Luthers— 2 Boxes of Taco Shells [10 count or more]
Lil Luthers-- Can of refried beans
COOL---Bag of Tortilla Chips and small container of Hot Sauce
GIFT--1 Bag of Grated Cheese small Bag of Shredded Lettuce
SHY—Dessert (You will be baking cookies during Sunday School)

WHO? EVERYONE!  “Family” does not refer to just those people with   children.  It means our church family.  Everyone is invited to share the meal with us & attend the activities with our youth.

It’s a great way for all generations to get to know each other & learn from each other.  Many parents have multiple kids that are each in a different youth group, so they can’t be with all their kids at once. So we need other adults willing to help out with our youth group games & activities.
